The room was very small and cramped, and the bedsheet was dirty. The receptionist also asked for extra money. OYO used to provide facewash and soap, but now the owner has supplied a tiny soap that isn't enough for two of us.
The staff were the best part, very cooperative. We booked online, and the hotel has hot water, but no lift. The rooms are old and just okay. It's near all the spiritual places of panchvati.
There was no ventilation in the room, and no side tables or chairs either. The room and washroom weren't clean, and they hadn't provided soap or towels. I don't recommend this hotel at all.
The room was clean and the location is prime, though the hotel is tucked in a corner of the building on the third floor. Service could be better.
Very ordinary. It's just for casual use, maybe for two to three days at most.
