We felt comfortable during our stay, and the service and cleanliness were good. Breakfast in the morning would make it better, since there's no nearby restaurant for nasta. Thanks.

We'd love to check in again when we're in nashik. This was our second stay, and it's one of the best suits. The mountain view is extremely beautiful, service is prompt, and the staff are very polite. Tea arrived on time too.

Dear Sumanchandra Team, our two day stay was very disappointing. The air conditioner wasn't working, and staff offered little cooperation or support. The reception team misinformed our members and caused unnecessary confusion. At hotels across India, we've been allowed to see rooms beforehand when we asked, but here we weren't, making it hard to check whether they would be comfortable. Please be more polite and cooperative with guests in future. Hospitality and courtesy make a big difference.

It was unhygienic and scary, with rude, unprofessional staff. We had a booking, but when we finally reached the remote hillside location, they told us it had been cancelled without confirming with us beforehand. It was 11 pm, and with all our luggage we had to walk along the dark road to the highway. Very unprofessional.

The room was spacious, though the lack of maintenance was obvious. There was no restaurant on the premises, which was another inconvenience.
