We paid Rs. 2510/- for one day, and the facilities and service were so poor that I don't think it was worth even Rs. 500. We’d like a refund, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously. The problems started as soon as we entered the hotel in Shivajinagar, Nashik. There was a dirty smell and the atmosphere felt suffocating. The AC was on but didn't cool the room, and there was no TV. The bedsheets and pillows were dirty, and the bathroom and toilet hadn't been cleaned properly. Water stopped while we were bathing and using the toilet, and neither door had a proper latch. In the middle of the night, the electricity went out even though nearby buildings still had power. When we raised these issues, the staff argued with us instead of helping. This was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had.

The location is good, but the service was practically nonexistent, and I wouldn't stay here again. There were just 3 staff members for the whole property, and our room wasn't cleaned on the second day. We had to ask several times for basics like towels, soap, and water. There are no lifts or staff to help with luggage, and the geyser didn't work, so we had to use buckets for hot water. We booked 2 rooms through Oyo and arrived at 1:30 PM, but neither room was ready. We got one at 2:15 PM and the other at 3:30 PM. The place looked nothing like the online photos, and our rooms were dusty and poorly maintained. The locks were broken, and the TV didn't work, so we had to pack up and move rooms again. At 2:30 AM, staff knocked on our door asking for the electric kettle back, even though we'd already had to struggle to get it from them. It was terrifying and felt like a complete breach of privacy. The stay was unsafe and unprofessional, and it wasn't worth the money or hassle.

The reception staff were great, polite, helpful, and ready with answers to our questions. The hotel is right on the road, and check-in was quick after booking on the app. I checked out early and left my luggage at reception. Everything was still there when I returned. Thanks for the help.

There’s lots of parking, and they’ll take a room service request with one call. The service was really good, and it felt family-friendly, even though this isn’t a hotel. You must visit!

For this price, it's okay. No problems with the staff or service boys, and one of the service boys gave good support. The lines could use a better cleaning, and the premises could be kept in better shape.
