The rooms were fine, especially since they'd just started, but what I liked most was how the staff treated us. Their hospitality was really good, and I'd love to come back.

I regret booking this place. My stay was terrible: the rooms were dirty, hygiene was poor, it was noisy, and service was very slow. The facilities were in bad condition, and the staff showed little basic courtesy. I'd tell others to stay somewhere else.

The poor hygiene made the stay uncomfortable. My room was dirty, the bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned, and the bedsheets looked unwashed. When we brought it up, the staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. Service was extremely slow, and basic amenities were missing or didn't work right. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and won't stay here again.

Really bad experience. Don't book this hotel for your family, it's no good for you 😞😞
