The location is the main advantage at Maruti Hotels - Hotel Shri Naman, just about 0.5 to 1 km from the temple, which was convenient for visitors and devotees. The rooms were clean and well-kept, and for what I paid, the stay was good value. The owner was supportive. My experience with staff was mixed: Narayan, the bell boy, was polite and helpful, but the receptionist, who I believe was called Sajan, acted unprofessionally. We arrived around 11 PM, and he was already writing 10 AM as our checkout time for the next day. When I asked him to fill that in when we left, he replied rudely, “You have nothing to do with me, I’ll do whatever I want. You can leave at 5 in the morning or 10.” That was disappointing and not what I expected from front desk staff. Apart from that unpleasant interaction, the rest of the stay was comfortable and good.

The temple is only 500 m from the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff are cooperative and attentive. Service is very good too.

It’s a 15-minute walk to the main temple, with autos nearby if needed. The hotel is reasonably priced and has clean rooms and bathrooms, a clean gallery and lifts, plus parking close by.

We booked Shree Naman Hotels two months ahead, but at the last minute they moved us to a lower-category hotel for one day without giving a valid reason. As a tourist, it’s hard to enjoy a trip when you’ve chosen a particular hotel and then get shifted elsewhere right before arrival. We followed up several times, but they didn’t resolve the issue and made us feel they didn’t value customers. If you’re going to Nathdwara, I’d choose another option. If you’ve already booked here or have no other choice, confirm your stay twice before you arrive.

The triple room was spacious, with a clean bathroom, and was very good for the price. It’s a 10-minute walk to Shrinathji main temple.
