The rooms were filthy, with dirty sheets and bathrooms, and there was no hot water, basic cleaning, or maintenance. Service was practically nonexistent, and the staff didn't seem to take responsibility for guests. What they promise when you book doesn't match what you find. The place feels neglected and poorly run, with management seemingly focused on money instead of basic comfort and hygiene. For pilgrims visiting Nathdwara for Shrinathji darshan, this kind of hotel feels like an insult to the sacred place. Families and pilgrims should avoid staying here. It could ruin your yatra, especially since there are cleaner, better, and more honest hotels nearby.
