I wish I could give zero stars. We arrived on New Year without booking ahead and paid the full amount in advance. Beforehand, I specifically asked whether milk would be available at night for my toddler, and they said yes. At 2 AM on a freezing night, they refused to give us any. One staff member tried to help, but the manager scolded him. He also mistreated an elderly woman in our group and told her to go outside alone at 2 AM. Later, we saw the manager drinking beer and appearing drunk instead of doing his job. We had to arrange a cab ourselves in the middle of the night to get milk. The next morning the manager had disappeared. Over the phone, he told us to go to Udaipur if we wanted to meet him. It was an extremely unprofessional, irresponsible, and traumatic experience. I would never recommend this place.

The rooms felt cramped and uncomfortable, with worn furniture and peeling wallpaper. The hotel was outdated and poorly maintained, and noise from nearby rooms and the corridors made it impossible to sleep well. Housekeeping also fell short: our room wasn't properly cleaned, the bedding had stains, and requests for extra towels and toiletries brought delays and excuses. From check-in, the staff were rude and indifferent. The front desk attendant barely acknowledged me or offered help, as if I were a bother. When I raised my concerns with management, they were dismissive and unapologetic, with no accountability for the staff or service. This was a nightmare from beginning to end at shree ram regency. If you value polite staff, good service, and a pleasant stay, avoid it. I strongly advise finding another hotel. The poor maintenance and lackluster service make this an absolute disaster.

Hey guys, the doors in our rooms wouldn't close properly, and the air conditioners weren't working right. The rooms were also so unclean that we kept having to clean them ourselves. I don't have time to go into the whole experience, but please take your money seriously and choose a better place.

The photos on the sites looked nothing like the actual place. With OYO, it felt like they might have plotted together. Toilets were unhygienic and maybe never cleaned, and the AC was faulty. The desk guy was impolite, and we had a rude night manager with incompetent management overall. Wouldn't recommend staying here, especially with family. It was the worst stay I've had, and I'd never recommend it.
