The hotel itself is good, and the stay was comfortable and peaceful. The food was a real letdown, though, especially for anyone arriving after a long trip. Breakfast was the worst, lunch even worse, and dinner was the worst I’ve ever had. The dal was like hot water with turmeric powder mixed in.

I planned months ahead and booked the rooms at a low price, but they cancelled my confirmed reservation without my consent and then tripled the price. I still haven’t received my refund. All I get is an apology and the choice to pay the higher rate or get out. The customer service was awful.

Everything at the IVY hotel felt right to me, from the food and room cleaning to the security for women. I was impressed by all the staff. Thank you very much. Chanchal Pathak (Accenture Employee)

They don’t allow outside food in the hotel, and the room had several problems. Once a door locked, it took too long to open again, and the washroom door had the same issue. Room service wasn’t proper either, so I wasn’t very satisfied.

The staff are very cooperative, and it’s a good hotel.
