I found this hotel budget friendly compared with some other places around these areas that keep family safety and charge quite a lot. I’d been looking for somewhere a gentleman or family could stay without issues, as many hotels in Vashi, Turbhe, Sanpada, Juinagar, and Nerul seem to deal with prostitutes and are dirty. The room service was prompt. I also told reception that the intercom wasn’t working properly. He explained that they were renovating the hotel and some things were still pending, and assured me they’d take care of it next time. It wasn’t a big issue for me.

Hotel Apex is good for families, with a good location near Bay Sanpada Railway Station. I enjoyed my stay, and the service was good. In my opinion, Hotel Shalin restaurant is on the ground floor and serves good food.

Check-out was a very disappointing end to my stay at hotel Apex. Receptionist Salim spoke to me rudely and disrespectfully instead of helping politely. That unprofessional treatment ruined the experience, and I expected better customer service from a place that says it prioritizes guest satisfaction. I’ll think twice before coming back or recommending it. It wasn’t what I paid for.

I stayed here for two days and accidentally broke a lock. When I told them, receptionist Salim said I didn’t know how to use it, which was extremely unprofessional. The lock had been bad from the start, but after I pointed that out, I was charged 550. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially because of that receptionist’s awful behaviour.
