Nirsukh Palace by OYO Rooms

The booking photos looked good, but the actual room was disappointing. It smelled bad, the sheets were dirty, and neither the AC nor TV had a remote. Staff attitude was poor too. With the high price they charge, the service and hygiene should be much better. I wouldn't recommend it.

The room looked nothing like the pictures. It smelled awful, the sheets and pillow covers were dirty, there was no Wi-Fi, and the AC had no remote. The switchboards were broken too. If you're arriving from out of town, book just one night first and see for yourself. I left straight away.

The rooms were dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, and the service was bad. There were too many mosquitoes, and the staff didn't take any initiative to sort out problems. They were ignorant as well.

The bathroom was appalling, and the TV didn't work because of cable issues they didn't seem willing to fix. The room was in such alarming condition that I left and booked somewhere else. The service was pathetic. When I told the manager, he argued that the rooms were clean and that he couldn't run the hotel with limited money. As someone prone to allergies, booking here was a bad idea. Anyone who cares about basic hygiene should think carefully before staying here, even for an hour. The hotel's condition was clear in the pictures.
