I liked how tucked away it was in an industrial area, with nothing nearby. Zomato still delivers, even late at night, and the staff were helpful and humble. Their appearance shouldn't put you off. The rooms are a different matter. They're cozy but small, and the smart TV had no TV connection. A chair was missing too. I had to switch rooms twice: one had a badly damaged bed leg beneath the pillow, and another had no toilet seat. Cleaning could be better. Maybe the isolation means fewer guests, mostly business travellers.

The internet and AC in my room both failed, and nothing changed after I complained several times. Staff ignored the problems and were unresponsive. Service was barely acceptable. I wouldn't recommend staying here; even one star feels too generous.

The travel office at the hotel was convenient and very helpful. Housekeeping, though, used one mop for both the bathroom and the room, which felt unhygienic to me. They also didn't provide proper toiletries or complimentary bottled water.

There were bed bugs and mosquitoes, plus a strange smell in the room and no Wi-Fi. The toilet seat lid was broken, and the service didn't feel focused on customers. Booking online and booking in person also came with different prices. I'd avoid this lodge.
