The Monarch Turbhe

I had a horrible stay. There was chicken meat under and beside the bed, the room was dirty and stank, and one bed smelled and looked like its sheets hadn’t been washed. The bed was itchy, there were no towels, and I could hear guests in the other rooms. I didn’t sleep. They never told me visitors weren’t allowed, then charged me an extra 1050 INR after my visitor stayed for two hours and left. I had to pay because otherwise the staff’s salary would be deducted. The manager is a liar. There wasn’t even an airfilter system. Terrible place and terrible rooms.

The staff were so friendly and kind that I never felt awkward talking with them, and the security was tight, which made me feel safe. My room had a luxury feel, and the rooms, food, service, and cleaning were all top notch. I was in Mumbai for the first time and booked this hotel for the location, right in front of Turbe Railway station and near my office. I’d recommend it blindly in Navi Mumbai.

I stayed three nights and enjoyed it. The room was compact but well maintained, with the utilities I needed to stay comfortable and connected for work. The restaurant had a decent menu at reasonable prices. Thanks to Poonam (GRE), Rahim, and Saddam for their courteous service and making my meals pleasant. The Monarch is conveniently located in the business district of Turbhe, Navi Mumbai.

Chef Haun’s Murg Mussalam was something else, truly magical. Tausif, Saddam, and Toufik helped me with everything and were very helpful. The whole team at FSB was polite and welcoming. Definitely recommend this place to anyone staying around Turbe.
