Our plans were delayed because the water tank was empty when we arrived, and it took 2-3 hours to fix the problem. The next day, even though our online booking was confirmed, the hotel couldn't find it in their system. We spent nearly two hours waiting in the lobby. Both the service and booking management were poor, and the stay was disappointing.

The staff have such an arrogant attitude, especially at reception, where the service was really bad. They give customers no value. I wouldn't recommend this place to families or couples. There are much better options in Vashi and Turbhe with better rates and service, so don't take a room here.

The bathroom was filthy, with brown stains on the toilet, basin, bucket, and mug, and it smelled of urine and cigarette smoke. There were used water bottles, liquor glasses, cigarette butts, and gutka wrappers under the bed; the walls had gutka stains, the pillows had fungus, and dust was everywhere. The AC made a loud noise, while the fans ran at full speed. The bathroom window and its hinges were broken and held with tape, and none of the geysers worked. We didn't get clean sheets for a day or water bottles until we asked. I even had to pay the staff to clean the dust.

We had a confirmed prepaid booking, yet after arriving in Mumbai in the middle of the night, exhausted from a long international flight, the staff refused to check us in and said we weren't in their system. We showed our confirmation, but they still turned us away. No one offered help or even an apology. After we left, one of the men locked the door behind us, making sure we couldn't come back. We spent the night outside on the street, with nowhere to go. That's dangerous, not just unprofessional. I'm posting this to look out for other travelers: nobody should be left outside at night over a reservation the hotel won't honor. Some overly positive reviews also don't match what we experienced, and most seem to be from local people in Mumbai. If you need reliability and safety, avoid this hotel completely.
