Townhouse OAK Seaons Hotel

The staff were cooperative, the service was good, and the rooms were clean. Breakfast had unlimited servings and a good variety. You can order food to your room, and it tastes good, with prices similar to outside restaurants. The TV is available, but it only has free channels. That aside, I'm happy with the hotel and would recommend it to others. Thanks, oyo, keep it up. The rates were a bit high and could be lower, but I'm still happy with my stay.

I was there for one night, from 16 to 17 November 2019, and gave the stay 4/5. The room, bed, pillows and washroom were all good, and the AC was excellent and quiet. There was a telephone and a hot shower, but no morning paper, no view, and very few TV channels, with nothing in other languages. Wi-Fi was slow enough that my phone's internet worked better. There’s no restaurant or bar, though you can order à la carte room service. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from DY patil stadium, so it works well if you're going to an event there. Early check-in is free when a room is available. Better Wi-Fi and an in-house restaurant would help.

The room had a strange alcohol and cigarette smell at first, though it was sorted out later. Service was also a little slow, and the food was only average and almost cold by the time it arrived. Still, at 1890/- booked through Oyo, I thought the price was very low for how clean and well-kept the rooms were. The staff were great, especially the man at the front desk. I would have given five stars for the price, but those small issues brought it down to four.

The staff were well mannered and the service was good overall, but the toilet wasn't clean. Outside food isn't allowed, and the food they serve wasn't very good. They also wouldn't let me check out an hour late, even though there were plenty of empty rooms. They could be more helpful to guests.
