Cygnett Inn Silverleaf

A convenient spot on Chandigarh Road, about 3 km from Nawaseher bus station. There's a petrol pump and movie theatre within walking distance. Rooms are clean and really good, and the place works well for a comfortable chill-out. Service is fast and people are pleasant. Facilities include laundry, AC, hot water, a pub, restaurant, WiFi, pool, and spa.

There are supposedly 40 rooms, but they don't seem to have enough staff, and room service is terrible. The bathrooms had no water. Manager Ramandeep Kaur was especially aggressive and illogical, and should stay alert to the hotel. One of the worst experiences I've had. The pictures they use to attract customers feel fake. A waste of money, absolutely not recommended, zero stars.

The building looks impressive, but the service is useless and the staff seem completely untrained. My fried eggs came on a quarter plate, with a spoon to eat them, and the butter was so frozen I needed a hammer to soften it. They'd put the cutlery on the wrong side. The front office person was also the cook and waiter, and staff were wearing jeans and sneakers. It felt more like a dharam shala. I hope the owners will train the staff. A three star hotel with a pleasant atmosphere and courteous staff. The rooms are well maintained, and it's a good place for celebrating a party or special occasion.
