Aldora Airport Residency

Dirty sheets with dried stains and a bathroom door that wouldn’t lock made the room unpleasant. When I raised it with the front desk, the employee was rude and dismissive instead of helping. He said a bathroom lock wasn’t necessary since nothing would come out, which was insulting and unprofessional. I asked him to come see the problems, but he raised his voice and shouted at us rather than sorting them out. The lack of basic cleanliness and courtesy made my stay very unpleasant. This behavior is unacceptable in hospitality, and I hope management addresses both the hygiene and the staff’s attitude.

The people were helpful and hospitable, and both the room and service were great. I really liked the place and will definitely come back.

Everything about the room was just right, and it was exceptionally clean. I had an amazing stay and would gladly recommend the hotel to friends and family. Great job. I look forward to coming back!

The receptionist was good, but the room was in terrible condition. It wasn’t clean at all and had a really bad smell. There were mosquitoes too, and the location of the room wasn’t good. I’ve never stayed in a place like this. It’s not suitable for families or children. Please see the room before booking. I wouldn’t book online, because they won’t refund your money if you cancel after seeing it. I already lost the cost of one night because I didn’t like the room at all.
