The water coming from the pipe was waste water 😡. The room was dirty and badly kept, and the staff didn’t seem interested in sorting out the problems. For what I paid, I expected much better service and attention to detail. This was one of my worst hotel stays, and I regret booking here. I hope management takes feedback seriously. I’d tell others to look at other options.

We got in from Cochin airport around 3 am and asked for a pickup since there were two of us women travelling. It cost a reasonable 150 bucks. The room was clean, and the reception person was helpful when we arrived. The bell boy took our luggage, and the owner helped us arrange a five-day package with a car and driver. We paid around 1.1 k per night. The hotel is close to the airport, about a 10-minute walk. Our stay was short, so I can’t really comment on the service beyond our arrival. Recommended.

This was my experience on 14/02/2026: there was no drinking water, the bathroom was very dirty, and neither the basin nor the toilet had water. The only water from the tap was very hot. Please don’t pick this hotel even for a low price. You can’t stay there for two hours. Staying at the airport would be much better.

The room was clean and the hotel was okay, but the outside looks really bad. I booked after seeing the internet photo and was surprised to find a house that looks old and hasn’t been painted in ages. It needs a lot of improvement.

No toiletries, a leaking tap, no TV, and no water bottle in the room. The service was very poor. Check everything before paying. I wouldn’t recommend booking online.
