We enjoyed the SRM hospitality during our two night stay. The staff were pleasant, courteous, helpful, and attentive. They kept the service quality up even in a town rather than a city. The hotel is well built and nicely located. Food was tasty and well presented, and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Best of luck, Ashoka Hotel Neemrana.

I came from Tokyo with high expectations about the place and food, especially since I was traveling with kids. The clean, spotless rooms were a very pleasant surprise, and the food was good too. Thanks to the staff and Manager for the warm hospitality. I’d highly recommend it.

The room was good, but the service was very poor, and the food was awful and too expensive. The menu card lists lower prices, then at checkout they charge double or triple, saying the menu isn’t updated. The hotel is fooling people. Don’t choose this place.

The bathroom seats were alarming, with yellow water and rust stains that made me feel sick. The tap water itself came out literally yellow. We switched rooms, but the water issue was still there. The cleanliness was really poor, and the stay was a very bad experience.

At first the place seemed solitary, but that suited me since I wanted calm and peace away from the city and highway. Thanks to all the staff for the warm, excellent service during my stay at HOTEL ASHOKA PALACE.
