I came from America and wanted a hotel that lived up to my standards, so I booked Hotel Minerva Grand Nellore. My room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space, a king bed, armoire, table and chair, TV, fridge, and a sitting area with two chairs and a coffee table. I care most about the bathroom, and this one was clean and organized. It had the essentials, including small soaps, lotion, shampoo, dental kit, combs, and toilet paper, which many Indian hotels don’t provide. Breakfast is included with the booking, and I’m looking forward to trying it.

The location is decent, though it isn’t very central. The hotel seems to be the only one in the area with premium amenities. My room was comfortable and well maintained, and the service was good. A pleasant stay and a solid choice.

The service was top-notch, and the laundry was great. My stay was a lot of fun, and they even cleaned the linen on our beds. They also thoughtfully provided late-night meals, and gave early information that breakfast could be provided at checkout in case we missed the complimentary breakfast. The room was clean and well stocked, and the place felt really luxurious.

Dr. Kumar Babu also helped me with severe neck pain and spine issues. He diagnosed it correctly, and the treatment reduced my pain significantly. He listens patiently and gives practical advice. After a fall, he treated my leg fracture and performed the surgery carefully, with proper follow-ups. My recovery went smoothly, and I’m back to normal activities. He’s a very kind, experienced doctor.

When I travel from Australia to Nellore, I always stay at Minerva Grand. The rooms are excellent, the service is outstanding, and I especially look forward to the delicious breakfast each morning. The reception staff are very helpful and go out of their way to assist with things like foreign exchange, arranging transport, or storing my luggage. They make each stay comfortable and memorable. I’m travelling to Hyderabad today and will also check in at Minerva Grand, Kondapur, because I like the Minerva hotels and trust their quality and service.
