Oyo 29259 Hotel Rama Royal

The staff were completely irresponsible and spoke very rudely. There was no coordination, and I can't find words for how bad their behavior was. A guest would leave without feeling satisfied, and I would have felt safer staying at a temple. Don't choose this hotel. Owner, please take responsibility for these issues. I want to know whether customer complaints are reaching you. When you see this review, please reply.

We booked, but didn't check in. After looking around, we found a place with a rotten smell, stained mattresses, broken bathroom fixtures, and no sign of cleanliness. Stay away.

The rooms and bathrooms were filthy, and staff spoke to us very rudely. They also demanded extra money. One of the worst hotels.

Mosquitoes were everywhere, and the elevator felt dangerous. The lights went out while it was moving, it stopped between floors, then started again after two or three seconds. I used the stairs most of the time. Water wasn't continuous because they shut the valve, so I had to call reception repeatedly for this basic need. The receptionist was awful, and the AC only had on and off settings, with no way to change the temperature. This was the worst hotel in Nellore, though priced like other good hotels. I checked out the next day after maybe eight hours and moved elsewhere.
