I lost my clothes, and when I asked to check the CCTV footage, nobody would help. Everyone seemed to avoid getting involved. The staff's behavior was very strange and difficult to deal with. This place doesn't feel safe for anyone. Please avoid staying here, and Hotel Pavani management should replace the whole team.

The rooms themselves are good, but there's no upkeep. Smoke fills the corridors, and the rooms have lots of mosquitoes.

I booked the rooms online, but after I arrived they demanded another ₹200 because I was with my wife. They said I had to pay or show proof. I showed it and didn't pay. If they have doubts, they should ask for proof first, or not give us a room. They also wanted ₹10 extra for water bottles above MRP. Other hotels provide them complimentary, so I didn't buy any there.

The room was in very poor shape for this budget. The windows were broken and wouldn't open, and the clothes and bedsheets were old and full of holes. They don't provide drinking water either, and told me I'd have to pay extra when I asked. They raise the online room price, then say yes when asked if they accept online bookings. Service was very poor all around.

The place was better than I expected. My room was spacious, spotless, and really comfortable. Staff were very polite and always willing to help. It felt like a home away from home.
