The pool was dirty enough to irritate our eyes, and the Wi-Fi was terrible because the router was far from our room. Our room wasn’t maintained well: there were no mats, it felt unclean, and the AC didn’t work even though it was an AC room. We were also served sandwiches with sauce packets that had expired months earlier. When we reported it, management was very rude and didn’t take the matter seriously. The service, cleanliness and staff attitude all fell below basic standards. This wasn’t worth the money or the experience.

The room was dirty, had no floor mats, and the AC in our booked AC room didn’t work. Wi-Fi was nearly impossible to use too, since the router was downstairs and we were on the first floor. The pool was filthy, and both of our eyes burned after swimming. They also served sandwiches with sauce packets that had expired in March. When we told the staff, management was rude and brushed it off. A very unpleasant stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The pool smelled strongly of chlorine and looked badly neglected, and the food they served us was expired. When we raised it, the staff made a mocking remark about paying our hospital bills if something happened. Their response was careless and disrespectful, much like the service throughout our stay. The rooms were in poor shape too: no proper cupboard, bath towels, soap, or bathroom foot mat, and neither the AC remote nor TV worked. There was no Wi-Fi coverage in any room, and most of the advertised facilities didn’t work. For what they charge, the place is not worth it. Cleanliness, safety, service, and basic facilities all fell short. I strongly advise avoiding it.
