Chaitanya from Concierge understood what we wanted and arranged our sightseeing, shopping, and local dining, briefing the taxi driver well. Sneha from Guest relations, Chavvi, and Mehbuba also took wonderful care of us. Sneha was especially warm, almost like family, and all three were available whenever we needed guidance. The housekeeping was top-notch, especially Abhijit and his team. The room was comfortable and well appointed, decorated appropriately for our special occasion. From the balcony, with its comfortable loungers, we had a good view of the Nerul river valley. A grab rail in the shower would be a useful safety addition. The hilltop setting is quiet and fairly isolated, but transport is difficult without a personal vehicle or one hired from the hotel. The steep climb from the main gate to reception is hard for seniors, so wheeled transport is useful. Guests with mobility issues should request an accessible room with no more than 3-6 steps. Other rooms may involve ramps or longer stairways. The pools are also on different levels, reached by stairs or ramps. We were asked about our needs and given suitable rooms. Breakfast had a wide selection and seemed popular. We preferred eating outside at Saipe instead of in the air-conditioned area. Dinner buffets were quieter, with live music from local musicians playing popular Bollywood songs and some local "Goanese" flavor. The dinner food varied across three nights: average one night, good the next, and excellent on the third. That’s just my view. Internet was spotty, including the hotel Wi-Fi, and Airtel wasn’t great either. The hilltop location and room design may contribute. If you want a quiet getaway with good views and don’t need a beach location, this could suit you.

We celebrated my son’s 5th birthday here, and I really liked the property. It’s close to Candolim beach and the market. The pool, casino, ambience, staff, and breakfast were all great. I took off a star because the children’s activities on site were all paid, and I’d have liked some evening activities for adults too.

Chavvi at reception made a lasting impression on us. My wife and I fell sick in the early hours, and at 2 AM she arranged for someone to bring us the right medicines. That helped us feel much better, and we’ll remember her kindness years after the visit. The property itself has spacious rooms and wide corridors, and the restaurant has a great view of the hills. It’s in vibrant North Goa but still has its own privacy. A brilliant place to stay on a Goan trip, and we’ll definitely return.

The property is stunning, and the staff were incredibly courteous and attentive to our toddler. It was our first holiday with our little one, and they made sure everything went smoothly. The breakfast was among the best I’ve had. The only issue was the lack of lifts, so all those stairs gave us extra cardio during the stay.
