The room was nice and spacious, but I had no luck getting the AC fixed after I contacted reception. Water also dripped from the bathroom ceiling, which was gross. It was an okay stay, and you could visit if you're willing to do without AC.

My short stay at De Classio was more comfortable than I'd expected for a budget hotel. The staff were welcoming, the atmosphere was inviting, and the room was comfortable. I thought it was a great value for the price without giving up comfort or good service.

I felt cheated, and there was no proper response from customer care. When I first called Fabexpress customer care about my visit to Fabexpress de classio hotel on nerul road,Goa, the executive quoted 2313 for two nights. I clearly said there would be three of us, and he said that would be fine. I paid part of the amount to confirm the booking. But at check-in on the booked date, the receptionist said the booking was only for two people. We had to pay Rs 500 extra per night for the third person. I called customer care again, and they said I had to pay because the room was booked for two. When I asked them to check the call recordings with their executive, they said they'd resolve it within two days. I never got a call, and we had to pay the extra charge anyway. I'd recommend booking directly with the hotel you want to stay at.

The hotel is good, and the rooms are clean and cozy. The water was shut off from 6 am, though. Reception first said it would be back in 5 minutes, then 10, but the supply didn't come back until after 12 noon. Everything else was good.
