The balcony was a lovely bonus, and the room itself was nice, with a fridge, AC, wardrobe and attached bathroom. It was quiet and felt safe, with no disturbance from outside. I visited during the season, so the rate was a bit higher, but the sister was kind enough to give me a discount. I had a great stay.

A really bad experience. The management demanded 2000 instead of the rent Oyo had specified, and the husband and wife running the place behaved terribly. This should be taken off the Oyo app. I’d give it a negative rating if I could. Definitely not recommended.

There’s plenty of space in the room, plus a balcony, and the location is good and close to the beach. It was hard to find, though, and the location shown on Oyo is off by about 20m. The TV is positioned awkwardly, so you can’t watch it from the bed, and it faces the wrong way. The bigger problem was internet access. The Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room, and the mobile signal on the top floor was poor too. We ended up working outside the room for hours, so this place won’t suit you if you need internet. Also, after our coffee arrived half an hour late, the attendant was extremely rude when we declined it. Checkout was at 11AM, but at 10:58AM he insisted we were at fault for not drinking it.

The owner’s wife was so good to us, and we loved the rooms. Thanks so much ❤️ We’ll surely visit again, and I highly recommend the place and its rooms.

It’s a family-owned guest house, a short walk from Calangute beach. The place felt safe for families and kids, but the bed and furniture were old. There’s no room service.
