We barely used the rooms except to sleep because they were so dirty. Dust, cobwebs and rubbish had been left around, and the washrooms were just as bad, with only a bucket and mug and no toiletries. Kitchen utensils and cutlery were dusty and poorly kept, and mice and ants were running around in two of the three rooms. We had power cuts every day at random times, usually for nearly two hours, and once for more than four. Lights in most rooms also didn't work, and we had to keep nagging before anyone fixed them. We'd booked a 3BHK for a Goa trip last week with my wife and friends. The pool came with plenty of restrictions, and since this is a residential complex, it was only open from 10AM till 5PM. At this price, there are plenty of better places around. Book at your own risk. I won't recommend it to anyone, and I'll never stay here again.

The rooms are safe, neat and clean, and they do the room cleaning every morning. Service was really nice, and you can rent a bike. It's in a main area, so Calangute beach is very close, and Baga beach, Saturday-Market and Anjuna beach are easy to reach by bike. The pool is great, but there are lots of rules and restrictions around it. It works for families, bachelors and couples. One thing to check before booking: they don't tell you about the deposit until you arrive, when they suddenly ask for it. Ask them about that in advance. Enjoy, and don't forget to visit Shiva Valley!!!!

The booking site, MakeMy Trip, said a 2bhk apartment could accommodate 6-8 people, but when we arrived at Sandy's they said they wouldn't take 8 because we hadn't listed the number of guests in the booking. The apartment owner stays in US, and Mr. Raju manages the place. He was very rude and ill mannered. After two hours of discussion with the owner, which turned into an argument, they offered us a 3bhk upgrade as the only way to let all 8 of us stay. We'd already paid 11k for the 2bhk, then had to pay another 7k for the 3bhk. The swimming pool, WiFi and other amenities listed when booking weren't available at all. I travelled to Goa last weekend and had a very disappointing stay. Strongly recommend not booking here.

The apartment was spacious and affordable for students, and it made for a pleasant stay with friends. Our group of 8 booked one apartment, but visitors couldn't use the pool.

Rajib, the caretaker, was very unethical and cheated us many times. At first he said we could have a party in the room, but after we booked he said we couldn't do anything there. The rooms were very dirty, especially the washrooms. Water came out so slowly that filling a bucket for a bath took half an hour. I don't know how they got some good reviews.
