The room was really good and worth every penny. It's not especially close to Goa's famous spots, but if you can rent a bike or car, this place is an easy choice. Thanks.

The food was hopeless, and after seeing the kitchen I wouldn't want to eat there. Rooms weren't cleaned even though we stayed for three days, and there weren't any dustbins or door mats, either at the entrance or by the bathroom. The fan was noisy, the AC remote didn't work, and the TV set-top box hadn't been recharged. There was no proper parking, no staff to help, and even a stray dog at reception. Disgusting rooms and no service. I'll never stay here again. Absolutely not recommended.
The photos on OYO showed clean rooms with nicely painted walls, but what I saw on arrival was cracked walls and a place that didn't feel livable. The toilets were broken, too. Don't even consider staying here. The pictures uploaded on OYO are fake.
The room we got was very cheap, and the facilities shown online weren't available. We booked a room online, but on arrival had to share a different one. The owner's behavior seemed very doubtful, and he takes your phone to post five-star reviews. The staff were good, though. This is a third-class hotel and I wasn't satisfied. Please return my Rs .5100/-. If you're with family, please avoid this hotel.
The rooms are quite economical, and they were good, with one bathroom. For a group booking, they provide just one water bottle regardless of how many people are staying. There was no backup generator, which made for a painful day when Goa had no power from 6.00 in the morning until 10.30 at night. Breakfast was included, poha and tea. The discounted water sports they arranged at Candolim beach cost me two sunglasses and a cap. During the banana ride they threw me into the water, then took my things and didn't give them back, saying anything that falls in the water belongs to them. Water sports at Candolim costs Rs. 1600 per head, but this hotel charges Rs. 100 extra. The water sports people will hate you if you say you're coming from this hotel. I don't know what the history is there. Maybe I'm complaining too much about the loss, but that's what happened.
