I was really disappointed by how the staff treated us. When the guy showed us the room, we asked for a few basic arrangements, but he said they didn’t have them because they were renovating. He told us to either accept the room or leave, since he had somewhere to go. Later, at reception, he wouldn’t bring our luggage in and argued with us to quietly take the room or leave. The staff were extremely rude.
My room wasn’t clean, and the bed and mirror were very old, so it felt like a complete waste of money. I’d booked through Cleartrip, but when I arrived at around 5 in the evening, the staff said they had no booking details, even after I showed proof. They still wanted me to pay for another room. I had no other option then, so I paid again and booked one.
The place had a hospital smell in the rooms and hotel, with no cleaning or hygiene, no room service and no management. They charged for drinking water and had promised breakfast that wasn’t provided. It felt like a haunted place and a total waste of money. Worst hotel, worst, worst, worst. I’d rather stay at the station.
The curtains on the windows seemed too small. Otherwise, the rooms are spacious and neat, especially the bathroom, and hot water is available.
The rooms are good and it’s a good place to stay, but there’s no food available.
