Breakfast was tasty, and that's the only reason I'd give this 2 stars instead of 1. It was meant to run until 10:30, but when we came down at 10:00 on our second day, nothing was being served. The rooms were in poor shape: no windows, a strong unpleasant smell, visible mold, a broken shower head, and dirty-looking carpets, decorative pillows, and blankets. We also kept getting different prices. Before leaving our clothes for steam ironing, we were quoted 25 rupees. They came back more than an hour late, and the charge had become 60 rupees per item. For the airport taxi, we were told the night before it would be 600 rupees total, then in the morning it was suddenly 600 per person. They had simply ordered an Uber, which we later saw would have been about 300 rupees if booked directly. The whole stay felt misleading and badly maintained. If you're coming from Europe with basic expectations of cleanliness and clear pricing, this place isn't worth your time or money. I wouldn't recommend it.

Manager Trilok Ji was warm and helpful, and made sure everything was arranged during my visit. I had a pleasant, relaxing stay at Hotel Arch Plaza, Delhi, with neat, clean, well-maintained rooms. The food was fresh, tasty, hygienic, and excellent. Great service overall. Highly recommended for a Delhi visit.

The suite was comfortable for our two-night stay, with the basic amenities we needed. Staff were cooperative and quick to help, and the hotel is close to the main road, about 10-15 minutes from Yashobhoomi convention centre. That makes it a good option if you need to be near the airport or Yashobhoomi. The restaurant menu is limited, but everything we tried was delicious: mushroom tikka, dal khichdi, veg fried rice, veg manchurian, cream of mushroom, and veg manchow soup. Breakfast wasn't a huge buffet, though it was tasty and enough for us. There was bread and toast, sandwiches, cut fruit, tea and coffee, corn flakes and chocos, a North Indian choice like chole bhature or chana paratha, South Indian options such as medu vada or idli, pasta or poha, and boiled eggs or an omelette. A nice stay in the Dwarka area.

The booking had been confirmed in advance by the reservation team, but when my guest arrived today, the hotel said it was fully booked. Then another person from reservations gave me a different explanation, saying there was a pipeline issue, while my guest had been told the hotel was full. The staff and management were terrible, and they made a fool of us with these conflicting stories. Better to book a guest house than this hotel.

A comfortable room with hot water, and the breakfast was great. Service was tip-top, and the location works well for the airport. A pleasant stay 😊
