I went to check in late at night with my senior citizen parents, and they had only one room available, so we had to take it. Maintenance was still going on there. The fan didn’t work, there was no AC, and the bathroom had no water, which was especially inconvenient with my parents. I asked for a refund and still haven’t had a response. Very unprofessional service from FabHotels.

I left right away. The room hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the staff didn’t seem attentive or keen to help. For what they charged, the service and standard were disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

My wife and I were stranded in Delhi at 5 AM after the executive said early check-in was possible but hadn’t discussed it with the hotel. We got a very bad experience with their service. They refused to refund the booking amount, and customer care seems focused on taking bookings. For cancellation questions, you have to reach another department, which is hard to get through to.

The hotel staff were very kind, but the overall service left me unhappy. A few days after confirming my booking, fabHOTELS moved it to a different neighborhood, Saket, because of overbooking, so I requested a refund. A week later I still hadn’t received the money. Hotel Badal Inn wouldn’t take responsibility for fabHOTELS’ mistake even though they work together. Very unprofessional.

The rooms they gave us at check-in were pathetic. After we raised questions, they moved us to better rooms, but the living standards were still very poor. Don’t be taken in by the photos. I wouldn’t recommend this for families.
