The staff and attendant behaved very badly. At the entrance, I was told the Oyo price was promotional and that their price was 2500, though OYO showed 800. They charged me 5000 for two rooms, didn't provide soap, then added another 500 saying I was late. As an advocate, I felt very bad about the stay. I've travelled across 14 states, and this hotel was the very worst.

This was a total scam. I booked through Oyo and called the hotel to confirm; they said my booking was there and told me to come. But when I arrived, they claimed to have no rooms and offered to take me to the building behind the hotel. Once there, they demanded extra money, and the room was bare. When I called again, they said I'd have to pay double the Oyo amount to get the room. Totally fraudulent.

My stay was completely unpleasant, and I saw other guests having a hard time with arguments between them and the staff when I checked out. The reception staff acted like scammers. I believe his name was Matthew. If you see positive reviews for this hotel, I think they're fake. I believe Oyo is also part of the scam, since customer care looked for excuses to deny a refund and rejected my complaint. I plan to file a consumer forum complaint, and that process is underway. I booked one night two days before check-in using Oyo booking ID IMFG6032, and called the hotel to confirm I would only pay the amount in the app. They said I wouldn't have to pay extra. I booked for 1360, but when I arrived on 20th March they asked for 2360, double the booked amount. I argued for 20 minutes, but I was late for a work meeting, so I agreed to pay. The receptionist said card payment would cost an extra 2%, so I paid through PhonePe using Oyo's 'pay now' option. After 15 minutes they said the payment wasn't showing. I showed them my PhonePe history, but they insisted I had to pay the hotel through their scanner, not in the Oyo app. They threatened to make me leave immediately if I didn't pay again, even after I'd already paid. When I said I'd write a review and file a consumer complaint, Matthew said they had tricks and solutions for everything. I strongly warn others against booking here.

Everything was okay after the move, and the customer service was really helpful. But my stay was first arranged at Fabhotel Le Grand, where, after all my travel and tiredness, the guy told me to my face, "Apko Yaha Room Nahi Milega Kahi Aur Dekh Lo". I was then moved to Fabhotel RS Golden. I would have rated everything five stars otherwise.
