The location was convenient for the airport, with local shops and street food within walking distance, and one staff member was helpful and quick to respond. Still, I wouldn't stay again. The next-door construction ran until about 11 PM and started again at 5:30 AM, making sleep difficult. Streetlight also came through the large window all night, so bring an eye mask, and earplugs might help with the noise. If cleanliness is a concern, you may even want your own bedsheet. The room itself was dirty and worn. The walls were stained, and the grey linens had black hair on them when I arrived. Staff did change the sheets when I asked, which I appreciated. The A/C filters were extremely dirty too. The shower had too little pressure to use, so I had to wash with a bucket and cup.

I had a confirmed Agoda reservation and the payment had already been deducted, but when I reached the property they refused to check me in, saying they hadn't received the money. They offered no help or solution, despite my having traveled all the way there. It wasted time and caused a lot of stress and inconvenience. Hotels need to coordinate properly with booking platforms. The behavior was very unprofessional, and I don't recommend this property.

The staff were especially welcoming, polite, and friendly, and the service was excellent. It's a cozy, well-kept hotel near the airport, handy for a stay before or after a flight. My room was clean and comfortable, with a warm design. I'd recommend it for an airport stay.

The rooms smelled bad and weren't clean. There was hair in the bathroom, which also had a strong odor, and the place seemed poorly maintained. On top of that, the online price was much lower than what they demanded on arrival. They said online prices didn't matter and only revealed their own rates once guests were already there. When I questioned the difference, staff were rude and unhelpful, pointing at a calculator without explaining the charge. Communication with guests was poor too. I wouldn't recommend it. Rating: 1/5.
