A really bad experience. They served an uncooked, raw chicken sizzler, and when we reported it, they didn’t listen.

The apartment facilities were good, and the food was delicious. There was a dining area too.

There’s plenty of parking, and the restaurant and party hall are part of the resort. We ate there and liked the food. The prices seemed reasonable, with a choice of an apartment or a single room, and every room has A/C. The place is well kept, and the staff were friendly and polite, especially given that bookings are only available through army personnel. It’s a good option near the airport if you want to get away from the city bustle and celebrate.

The one good part was the reception staff and the guards. The rooms, though, were tiny, almost like storage rooms, and the restaurant had neither a high chair nor a bassinet. One housekeeping employee was very unprofessional. I was there with my 8-month-old and accidentally left a used diaper on the floor. Instead of telling me himself, he complained to the supervisor, who stopped me at reception on my way back from the restaurant and told me to use the in-room bin. That was embarrassing, and the housekeeping guy could have spoken to me directly. A few days later, my mother joined us. The landline had suddenly stopped working, so she took a bottle of drinking water herself. The same employee jumped at her, saying, “Ary, ary, kya kar rahe, mujse bina puche nahi le sakte hai aap paani.” Very unprofessional.
