The breakfast was very good, served until 11 a.m., and the breakfast staff were welcoming. Housekeeping checked in several times a day and quickly brought extra purified water when we asked. We also got a very helpful late checkout at 2 p.m. Security was excellent and made us feel safe. Still, the hotel felt overpriced for what it offered, and the rooms were outdated. Front desk staff came across as rude, unfriendly, and a bit judgmental, which affected our three-night February stay. We had some maintenance problems too. They fixed the TV quickly, but when the bathroom light failed, maintenance said nothing could be done, so we ended up fixing it ourselves. With the price and dated rooms, I probably wouldn't stay again.
