The place isn’t that great, and there are no signboards outside to help you find it. We’d found it on the OYO app and first went to see it for a relative being treated at Kailash Hospital. It seemed fine and close to the hospital, so he booked through the app from the hospital and paid in full. But when he later arrived with his wife, his elderly mother, and their eight-month-old twin daughters, the owner refused to give them the room their employee had shown us and told them to cancel and leave. He even told the employee to disappear so he couldn’t be confronted. It was late at night and they badly needed rest, but he showed no sympathy for the babies or the elderly woman. I can’t understand how someone could do that. He clearly discriminated against them. This is nothing less than cheating. I wouldn’t recommend this dingy shack.

The amenities were poor, there were lots of mosquitoes, and we had to ask for repellent sprays and several devices. Service was very slow, with very limited food and drinks in house. The staff were highly unprofessional, and the owner was rude, lies, and dupes people. He misstates and twists facts.

A great location, with the Noida Sec. 16 metro station nearby. Food and WIFI are available, and the staff are good. The rooms are big, and it’s a great place for couples. Bike parking is available, and if you’re lucky you might get car parking too.

It feels like a house, and it’s better to book online since you can save money instead of paying there. There are only 4 to 5 rooms, and they’re in okay condition. The furniture is old, but everything else was spic and span.
