I paid 1200+Rs for an AC room, but they didn't give me the room I had booked. In the extreme summer heat, it was suffocating, with almost no ventilation. The walls had dampness, fungus, stains, and moisture damage. On entering, there was a strong foul smell. The mattresses and bedding were unhygienic and in poor condition, the furniture looked old and damaged, and the electrical fittings seemed unsafe and badly installed. The room looked nothing like its online photos. The bathroom was poorly cleaned and maintained, unhygienic, and smelled unpleasant. The flush didn't work, and there was no toilet soap or basic toiletries. The owner's behavior was the worst part. He was rude, arrogant, and unprofessional, and kept boasting that he owns “12 properties” instead of fixing anything. When I complained, he promised to refund 50% within 24 hours. Later he changed his story and offered a ₹100 discount on future bookings instead. That felt misleading and dishonest. This property is misleading customers, overcharging guests, not honoring bookings, and giving out unhealthy rooms that don't match the advertising. I strongly request OYO to investigate. Please don't book here. Save your money, time, and peace of mind.

At Asoka Hotel Inn, check-in was smooth and the atmosphere was quiet and welcoming. The location was convenient, with nearby markets and transportation easy to reach. Rooms were clean, maintained well, and had the essentials for a comfortable stay. Staff were friendly and ready to help with requests. I'd recommend it as a comfortable, affordable option. 😊

We were stuck there at midnight, so we had to stay, but the place was filthy and badly run, with no real hygiene. The owner, Imtiaz, was rude and had no respect or hospitality. We booked through OYO, then were told the hotel was no longer a partner and couldn't honor the price we booked at. It was the worst hotel experience I've had. The cleanliness, service, and management all need a complete overhaul.

They wouldn't give us the AC room booked through OYO, saying they had no AC rooms, and tried to put us in a non-AC room while asking for more than the listed price. The owner was unpleasant and the service was poor. They also refused to refund the booking amount. I'd advise checking the room and price at the hotel before paying anything in advance through the OYO app.

They refused to check me in after I arrived for my online booking, then asked for extra money. Staff were extremely unprofessional and behaved disgustingly. They claimed their OYO contract had been cancelled, which I believe was a false excuse. It felt like a scam: advertise a low price online, then deny guests their room to pressure them into paying more. Avoid booking here.
