Capital O (68099) AP Stay Inn

The booking was denied when we arrived, and we were told to find somewhere else because another guest had paid more. The receptionist behaved badly and abused us. The place also had bad hoisting. It was the worst experience I've had, and I saw some illegal stuff being carried out, so I would report the place.

A pleasant stay in Noida. The rooms were clean, nicely designed and had the basic amenities, giving it a real boutique feel. The food was great, and the staff were courteous.

The rooms were very dirty, including the sheets, pillows and bathrooms, so this didn't feel like a decent place to stay at all. A man and a woman at reception were in an inappropriate situation. They said they wouldn't accept online bookings and asked for extra money as a bribe, knowing we needed a room. There were also a few women with the receptionist in the kitchen staff area. The whole place felt doubtful and seemed to be involved in something else illegal.

We waited almost an hour to check in, and the staff weren't cooperative. The guy at reception didn't know the details and kept checking with the lady, who was rude and impolite. They pushed us to add more guests because they wanted more money. The bathrooms didn't even have soap or hand wash, and the receptionist kept coming to our room for one reason or another, which was irritating. Zero for service and cooperation.
