The front desk staff were decent, but the bathroom was filthy. At first I thought the white tiles had black markings, then realized they were just so dirty that nobody had cleaned them in a long time. Finding the place was also a struggle: the Google location wasn't accurate, nearby people barely knew the hotel, and there was no big sign lit up at night to spot from a distance.

The hygiene was awful, and staff at reception acted like thieves. They wanted 500 rupees on top of the booking price for an overnight room, or 200 extra for just a few hours. If negative ratings were possible, I'd give it minus five.

The room and bathroom were clean, there was AC and parking, and check-in was available any time, 24/7. Food service was available too. I liked it.

The bathroom was really unhygienic, and the AC didn't work properly.

Please don't waste your money here. The service was the worst.
