Dear #OYO, There was no WiFi, which was inconvenient, and parking nearby was a hassle since the property had none. I also couldn't prepare even a simple snack because there was no kitchen or basic kitchenette setup. Inside the room, the beds were uncomfortable and the space was small. The TV didn't work, there was no bathroom mirror, and poor ventilation made the stay unpleasant. Room service took painfully long, and I was surprised by extra charges on the bill. I hope these issues are considered when improving the service for future guests. Sincerely, A Disappointed Guest

Before paying, I think guests should check the hotel in person. The room I got didn't match the pictures and wasn't in even average condition. Its mattress was very bad, the bathroom exhaust didn't work, and there wasn't a mirror in the room.

OYO had confirmed my booking, but when I reached the hotel, the reception staff said they had no booking from OYO. I had to take my luggage and find somewhere else. A terrible experience.

They can come up with a hundred reasons to refuse check-in, even after you've paid. Don't pay before you arrive, tempting offers or not. Then the customer service is awful too. I'm done using this app.

This Oyo pg was dirty, with no ventilation and no food service. The staff were unprofessional. Terrible service.
