The room was awful and smelled terrible, so they told me to contact OYO to find somewhere else. OYO didn't help me either, and seemed to favor the hotel over its customers. I didn't stay even a minute, but they still haven't refunded my pre-booking amount. The property manager, area manager, and OYO all refused the refund. It feels like they trap people this way. Fraudsters and cheats, don't book here.

Power cuts were irritating, and there's no Wi-Fi or working TV, just a showpiece. No lift either, and the rooms are small, though okay. Food isn't available, and the menu card they provide is expensive. The place is surrounded by drainage, and the water they serve comes from a filter. You're paying ₹1344 for a hotel with no value for the money. It's quiet enough for couples, with no disturbance. But for a vacation or business trip, look elsewhere.

The hotel isn't even close to ISKCON. They put us on the fifth floor with no working lift, then charged 300rs/day for three nights to upgrade us to a room on the first floor. There was no phone service to reception. It was cold, and when we asked for a heater and an extra blanket, they refused. Worst experience.

The Wi-Fi and TV didn't work, and the rooms were shabby and dirty. There were food stains and other marks on the bedsheets and pillows, and paan spit stains on the walls. Forget sanitation. The place looks nothing like the photos online. A disgusting stay. Don't waste your money or book here.

The rooms are cramped, and the pictures online don't match what you actually get. Staff were rude and arrogant, and the hospitality was poor. Even though I'd paid in full when booking, they charged us double at check-in. Terrible experience, I don't recommend this place.
