At about 8-30 at night I was lucky to find a replacement room. The hotel had turned me away, saying it had been fully booked for the previous 2 days, though nobody had let me know. I'd booked 15 days ahead for a 4 day business stay and paid in full. Before I even checked in, the management had added Rs.6000 as "Other Bills" on the OYO app. They claimed they'd told OYO about the overbooking, but told me and OYO the stay couldn't be provided because of maintenance. This was probably the worst hospitality experience of my life.

The ambience was bad, and the receptionist still refused us a room when we arrived, even though we'd booked two weeks earlier. They said the hotel was full, then told us to contact the booking service ourselves for a refund. The worst hotel booking experience I've had.

The rooms are clean, and the staff are courteous. It's in a posh area, just a few minutes from Noida city center metro. A good option for OYO service at an economical price, highly suggested.

Make sure you confirm before booking, because this isn't an OYO hotel.

It doesn't cost too much for a single night, and the place is really quiet. The staff are fine and leave you alone, so it's a good spot for couples wanting some quality time together.
