The location was good, but the room wasn't very clean and there were no doormats to wipe your feet. I had the same booking problem others mention: the reception and room service staff refused my OYO booking when I arrived, then accepted it only after I paid extra. I'd contact OYO customer care before booking anywhere and check that the hotel will honor the booking at the app price. Only then would I book.

There was no water or backup electricity, so late at night I had to book another hotel. The staff weren't helpful. They said they'd arrange a different room, then left me waiting at reception for more than an hour. My first stay here was a real disappointment, and I don't recommend it.

I paid ₹7,700 for seven nights, which is a lot to spend on a stay this frustrating. The room was filthy, with dirty sheets, a faulty pillow, and old bottles and a condom under the bed. Mosquitoes also made it hard to sleep. I reported every day that the Wi-Fi on the 2nd floor wasn't working. The staff kept saying they were “trying,” but nothing was actually done. The service and cleanliness were way below what I expected.

The washrooms were nice, the rooms were well maintained, and staff were available around the clock. It isn't one of the better known OYO places, but I thought it was a great option in Noida, with cheaper prices than other OYO hotels.
