Cosy Tree Rooms by OYO Rooms

Don't trust the room photos. The rooms are dirty and unhygienic, and the pillows and sheets were filthy and torn. I was there just 7-8 hours, from 2:30 to 10:35 pm, and it was a terrible experience. My booking was until 11 in the morning, but when I checked out and asked for a receipt, they said they couldn't find the booking and didn't give me one. I asked them to check their register, and they said they would. It seemed like they wanted to use the room for someone else and make more money. Bad experience, wouldn't recommend it.

The staff were good and their behavior was tolerable, but I was totally disappointed with my first experience here. Finding the hotel is a big question, since there was no signboard or display, just an “RN” marking whose meaning I don't know. The rooms were spacious enough for two, but still didn't feel neat. The food was terrible, with loads of oil and spices. No matter how often I asked for plain food, it all tasted the same.

The room was big enough for two, and the hotel is close to Fortis hospital, with a good market and restaurants nearby. But there isn't a hotel signboard, so you have to find it yourself. The AC didn't work at all, and the WiFi was so poor that YouTube took 2-3 minutes to buffer and WhatsApp messages took ages to send. The bedsheet was old and dirty, and the water glasses had been used, so I had to ask for clean ones. The washroom wasn't hygienic, and I asked them to clean the toilet again in front of me. Staff behavior was OK. I only ordered tea, and that wasn't good either. There were no bathroom slippers.

This used to be a good OYO hotel, but the service has gone downhill a lot. The fan or AC doesn't work properly in several rooms, and service is quite slow. They don't provide a toilet roll unless you ask, and the WiFi is terrible. To top it off, the lift doesn't work either.
