We stayed just one night because of an emergency, and the bathrooms smelled awful. The cupboards had a foul smell too, so we couldn’t use them. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and both the service and breakfast were poor. The staff weren’t good at helping, and there were complaints about everything but no facilities to make the stay comfortable. Comfort matters most, so I’d tell people to go somewhere else, maybe an oyo.

It was quiet and safe, with easy access and parking. The place was maintained and properly serviced. Since it was the pandemic, it wasn’t crowded. I stayed five nights and had two meals at a comfortable price. The food came fresh and hot to the room when requested. The a la carte menu wasn’t available as listed during my visit, but whatever they did serve was nicely prepared. Special thanks to the chefs. I’d recommend it to friends and family. Keep up the good service and take care of the people around your organization.

The room was larger and better decorated than at some other hotels in this category. The food was good, though costly. The location works well for sector 63, right on the main road, but expect lots of traffic and dust. Staff weren’t as attentive as at other oyo hotels. Still, it was good overall, and you can book it.

The booking was reasonably painless, and depending on when and how you book, the price can be a good deal. Rooms are larger than some others in this category, and the food is average but a little better than at some comparable places. There’s plenty of room for improvement, though. The location isn’t great, in a developing area off a road with a lot of traffic and dust. Rooms smell of smoke because smoking is allowed, and some rude staff members spoiled the experience. One incident sums it up. We paid 60 Rs for a lump of old, smelly ice in a used garlic plastic bag. When we called the server out, he was rude and said, "That is how its served in this hotel". I raised it with reception, and cut ice cubes were sent to the room. Reception called afterward to say, "but now you have good ice". Then, at 11:30 pm, the server called asking why we’d complained to his superior. That’s the experience here.
