Avoid this place. Water pooled in the bathrooms, the fan switches didn't work, the TV was out of order, and the Wi-Fi was slow. The rooms aren't maintained properly, and the hotel needs a lot of repairs.

The broken bathroom handle and lock made the stay even more uncomfortable, and the linen, including the bath towels, looked unwashed. We booked for two but got just one towel and one bottle of water. When we asked for another bottle, they said it would be RO-filtered tap water, then served it chilled in a way that felt intended to hide that. Unacceptable and deceptive. The room itself was dirty and smelled bad throughout our two-night stay. The AC never worked, and the room phone was dead, so we had to go to reception whenever we needed help. When I raised the problems, Mr. Amar admitted they already knew about them, including the broken geyser. He said he'd move us to another room, but nothing happened. Food service was poor too. Since the phone didn't work, we went to reception to ask for bread with our masala omelette. Only the omelette arrived. When we asked about the bread, Mr. Amar said, “We thought you didn’t want bread,” which showed little care or communication. Hygiene, broken amenities and careless service made this a horrible stay. I'd strongly urge others to avoid the hotel unless it makes major improvements.

The amenities are very poor, and even reaching reception or the upper floors means carrying your luggage up the stairs. This place was very clean in 2019, but now it's terrible and far from clean. I hope management takes notice.

Everything else was fine, but the staff didn't seem friendly. There was no smile, and they looked sleepy, like they were working unwillingly.
