The breakfast was just one paratha with tea brought to the room, and I skipped it because of the hygiene. The website photos don't match what you find there, so the team should assess this property soon. The room was dirty, with dirt all over the sofa and bed. The mattress was broken and uneven, the pillow was so large it gave me a neck sprain, and they had no extra bedsheet when I asked. The location was also terrible. I expected a better standard from Fab Hotel and came away disappointed.

This room wasn't worth even rs 500. The bed was so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep, and there was no intercom to call reception if something happened. I asked several times for a towel and never got one. They wouldn't provide a water bottle, and the bathroom had no bucket or mug. The doorbell was broken too. Horrible place. Please avoid it and don't waste your money.

The room needs proper cleaning. The mirrors, walls and bedsheets were all in bad shape, the bathroom lock was missing, and the lighting was poor. Those cheap yellow lights gave me a headache. The room was awful, though the service and staff behavior were good.

The toilet and bathroom were clean, but the rest of the stay left me dissatisfied. The room smelled strongly unpleasant as soon as I entered, as if it hadn't been aired or cleaned properly. The bedsheets were visibly stained and looked unkempt, like they hadn't been changed after the previous guests. The images and service didn't match what was actually provided.

Staff were making loud noises at night, and their behavior felt creepy as well as very rude. The room and washroom were filthy and smelled bad. The bedsheet was torn and dirty, the blanket was dirty, and the pillows stank. There was a cigarette and a tuft of hair in the washroom, the tap didn't work properly, the almirah was very dirty, and the TV wasn't working. The worst.
