I confirmed an advance-paid booking through booking.com, but when I arrived, the hotel refused to give me a room. They were selling rooms to other customers for higher prices and telling me never to book a hotel online. This felt completely fraudulent. I wouldn’t recommend using this hotel.

Terrible hospitality. They take online bookings, then cancel them before the guest arrives.

The room was small but good, and the bed and room were clean. The geyser wasn’t working.

It’s an old building with no lift, and the washrooms weren’t clean. We booked a stay with breakfast, but breakfast wasn’t available.

The room was clean, and I found the price reasonable. The owner made the stay a great experience. There was also a cold water facility at reception where I could take chilled bottles.
