The property is newly built, and the rooms were very clean. Great place.

The rooms were in pretty bad shape, with damaged flooring and dirty bedsheets and duvet. The bathroom was extremely dirty and unhygienic, and room service was pathetic. This feels like a scam hotel attached to the Fabhotels franchise, and its actual name is WARM WELCOME. Don't be fooled by the positive Google reviews or the pictures there. The Google images look nothing like the actual rooms.

The staff at Fabhotel Luxury Retreat were warm and welcoming, and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and memorable. My room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The location is convenient too, just a stone's throw from Noida City Centre metro station. I had an exceptional stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious place in Noida, whether traveling for business or leisure.

This is an old, completely dirty property. I wouldn't consider it suitable for a family or for corporate stays. The rest is up to each person's perception of the kind of property they're used to.

The location was good, and the rooms were well maintained. The staff were humble and kind too.
