The only thing I liked was that you could buy outside food just outside the hotel. The place didn't look like the pictures, and it was extremely expensive. I've stayed in luxurious hotels for less. There wasn't even a glass or crockery in the room, so I was disappointed and didn't bother asking for room service. The bathroom was so bad I didn't want to go in, and the ambiance wasn't there either. Years ago I stayed in a Dharmashala in punjab trust that cost nothing, and even that place had more welcoming service. My advice is to look for another hotel.

Everything was spotless, from the room and bathroom to the corridors and common areas. Housekeeping kept it all fresh and organized each day. The staff were polite, professional, and always willing to help. I had a comfortable room, well-kept facilities, and a pleasant atmosphere. I'd recommend it if you're after a clean, relaxing stay.

The peaceful atmosphere and good hygiene stood out to me. Food was very good, and the staff were polite and ready to help. My room was neat and well maintained, and the location was very convenient. Check-in and checkout were quick and easy, and the service was better than I expected. Great value for money, and I'd happily return and recommend it. 😊

The housekeeping, room service, and food were all really good, and the staff were polite and helpful. Both the night and day managers behaved especially well. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a peaceful ambience. The location is very good and easy to reach from the main road. I'd definitely recommend it for a comfortable stay.

Hotel Downtown is close to the metro, restaurants, and main market, so getting around and finding food was easy. The in-house service was quick, and the food was surprisingly good for the price. My room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with modern amenities. The staff were polite and always ready to help with a smile. It felt like good value for money, whether for business or a short family stay. I'll choose Hotel Downtown again when I'm in Noida. 👏
