Worst experience! We booked for three people, but the receptionist made us pay an extra 500rs for a mattress for the third guest. Mmt had said breakfast was included, but when we called in the morning, the receptionist said only room service from the menu was available. We wanted three different dishes, but the kitchen staff insisted everyone in the room had to order the same thing since it wasn't a buffet. When I asked why we couldn't choose different items if they were on the menu, he replied, "sir aisa hi hai khana hai to khao." I ended up ordering breakfast from Zomato.

For the price, the hotel was good overall. Nice service and very good hospitality.

The room wasn't neat when I checked in, and the washroom water smelled. For food, the Jeera Rice was 3/5 and the Poha was 1.5/5. Even with the large space, it wasn't worth the money, and there's no parking area. They point you to empty space nearby and assist. I booked for a Room shown as a studio in Agoda's pictures, but they offered me a Double Deluxe instead. I booked for an early check-in after the Reception manager confirmed it, but he denied it once the online booking came through. Agoda helped and said they would sort it out, then upgraded the room, paying an extra 1000bucks from their end.
